I bring a passion for business and corporate strategy and am known as a respected and thoughtful people leader with a deep understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion.

I am currently the President of two aviation insurance brokerage firms and an insurance premium finance company I created after managing multiple mergers and acquisitions.

In my early career, at the age of 26, I purchased a restaurant and convenience store franchise in Cape Town, South Africa and managed the entity through 30% annual revenue growth.
